The Leap into HR Consulting programmes were founded in 2019 by Sarah Hamilton-Gill FCIPD, a leading mentor for HR consultants, with a clear mission: to empower HR professionals to transition from employment to running their own successful HR or People consultancy . Sarah’s passion stems from her own experience of founding and growing a thriving HR consultancy over 30 years ago—a business that delivers immense value to her clients, rewards her skills financially, and provides the freedom to live life on her terms, (currently enjoying 6 months a year living in Corfu).
This passion is at the heart of what we do, which exists to help other HR professionals achieve similar success. The HR Consultancy Academy has been born out of the ongoing support that we want to give consultants and the demand that you have asked for this as part of your ongoing journey.
In 2025 we will be adding new features and benefits to the Academy membership and growing on the existing benefits that we have for this.
